At MetaHempp Moon Ranger CBD, your satisfaction is our priority. Upon receiving your order, please inspect it carefully to ensure everything has arrived intact.

Damaged Products:

  • Any claims for damaged items must be reported within 3 days of receipt by emailing orders@metahemppmoonranger.com
  • Include detailed information and images of the damaged items to qualify for a replacement order.
  • Please note: Refunds will not be issued for products damaged during shipping.

Returns & Refunds:

  • Refunds can be requested for the full purchase price of the returned product, excluding shipping costs.
  • Returns are accepted only for items purchased directly through metahemppmoonranger.com and must be requested within 14 days of receipt.
  • Returned products must be in their original, unopened packaging to qualify for a refund.
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected, and you will be notified of the refund status. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method. Refund processing times may vary based on your financial institution.

  • Name and contact information
  • Return shipping address
  • Reason for the return

Exchanges:

We do not offer exchanges at this time. Please carefully review your order details before completing your purchase. If you believe you have received the wrong product, contact us at orders@metahemppmoonranger.com within 48 hours of receipt.
